Sales and promotional item are NOT refundable, returnable and exchangeable.
Receipt or transaction history (order ID) is required when customer wish to return/ refund or exchange.
ANY damages or scratches to the item which affect for second selling are NOT refundable, returnable and exchangeable.
Return, refund and exchange request without valid reason will NOT be entertained.
One item is limited to either refund / return / exchange only one time. For instances, customers are not allowed to refund after return or exchange.
Customers have to make request or inform us within 7 working days upon receiving the item, request later than 7 working days will NOT be entertained.
The return or refund shipping costs or delivery fees will bear by customers. Shipping costs or delivery fees are NOT refundable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive or accept the returned item due to mishandling by carrier.
You may request for exchange for same price item if you accidentally placed wrong order or received defective item due to manufacturing faulty.
You may also request to exchange for an item with higher value by topping up the price differences.
You must inform us once you received the item and decided to exchange within 7 working days.
We may take 7 to 25 working days to refund to customers after we received returned item in original packaging without affecting for second selling.
Returned items will be refunded on original price of item and excluding the shipping costs or delivery fees.

If you return an item from oversea (outside of Malaysia), you may need to pay additional import duties.
We strongly advise all customers to check the packaging once received and before removing any attached tags or labels AND before disposing any original packaging.
We strongly recommend you to return items in their original packaging to ensure the protection during transit.
Item returned must in new condition without any scratches or damages.
We put in blood, sweat and tears to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the colour displayed on your screen may be slightly different to the actual product. You are welcome to purchase directly from our store to avoid disappointment. We do monitor the frequency of our customers making refund / return / exchange made by our customers. E² Wave reserves the right to the final decision.
